The Bottom Line
A long, tough road getting qualified and maintaining knowledge and skill levels, but the personal satisfaction and financial rewards more than compensate. An ageing population will ensure ongoing employment and people always will get sick in some form or another. Demand continues to be greater than supply particularly in the regional areas.
