Career Path options & Employment
Recruitment is a career that offers variety. You can specialise on the candidate side or the client side, and recruitment consultants can focus on contract/temporary roles or on permanent roles. You may also specialise in assignments of differing levels of seniority (such as executives, middle management, graduates). Recruitment is an industry with many companies employing less than ten staff. Many begin their business with only one or two clients and limited start-up funds, working out of a serviced office.
Also, you could work in a recruitment team within a company, on-site or in a recruitment agency.
